This workshop will be a safe, body positive container that will use movement as a tool to reconnect to your body. You will be given the tools and space to embrace sensuality without shame, allowing participants to connect deeper to their body, expression, confidence, and feminine power. No dance ability or experience is needed. Short choreography will be taught and the workshop will end with circle setting integration and discussion. Feel empowered and confident. Connect with other women and feel the magic of women supporting women as together we express out confident, radiant selves. Space is limited!
