EVENTS

When this space was birthed, what I envisioned was not only creating a space where everyone could afford the wellness treatments they deserve, but also a safe space to create community. I know how important it is to go through life with support of other human beings on this journey, and I hope that through our shared space you will find that. It is with this intention, that opportunities are given to gifted teachers and healers to share their magic with our community through a variety of different monthly events that provide everyone with unique paths to body, mind and soul wellness.

Mermaid Movement

"Mermaid Movement is Movement Medicine, allowing the playful and fierce Feminine to rise and find freedom in the body. This is a dance-yoga fusion workshop that brings you out of the head and into the body. Tap back into your sovereignty with moody and exciting music, dance, oracle, oils, breath work, and long juicy savasanas. We gather in circle to make new connections with others and ourselves."
