When this space was birthed, what I envisioned was not only creating a space where everyone could afford the wellness treatments they deserve, but also a safe space to create community. I know how important it is to go through life with support of other human beings on this journey, and I hope that through our shared space you will find that. It is with this intention, that opportunities are given to gifted teachers and healers to share their magic with our community through a variety of different monthly events that provide everyone with unique paths to body, mind and soul wellness.

Mermaid Movement
- Dance, Oracle,& Circle for women
Movement is Movement Medicine, allowing the playful and fierce Feminine to rise and find freedom in the body. This is a dance-yoga fusion workshop. Tap back into your sovereignty with moody and exciting music, dance, oracle, oils, breath work, and long juicy savasanas. We gather in circle to make new connections with others and ourselves.
This gathering is for women only.

Traditional Mayan Womb Sobadas
with Lucero
Traditional Maya womb massage, often called sobada de matriz, is an ancestral bodywork practice that has been passed down through generations of traditional midwives and healers in parts of Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize. While techniques vary by lineage, family and region, the intention is to care for the abdomen, pelivs, reproductive organs, digestive system and overall wellbeing.
Lucero will be offering traditional mayan womb sobadas by appointment on Saturday August 22nd at sliding scale rate $80-$170 (meaning you choose the price within that scale that works best for you. $25 deposit required to hold your appointment. Text 951-901-0608 to book your session.

Salsa Social & Fundraiser
for domestic violence outreach work
Friday September 18th we are coming together with The Riverside Salsa Collective and our wonderful yoga teacher Roxanne to raise funds for our domestic violence outreach program. DJ zac will be highlighting the women of salsa. There will be a dance lesson from 7-7:30 and then the dance floor opens up for social dancing. Join us for community, fun, and a good cause.
Sensual Movement and Circle
This workshop will be a safe, body positive container that will use movement as a tool to reconnect to your body. You will be given the tools and space to embrace sensuality without shame, allowing participants to connect deeper to their body, expression, confidence, and feminine power. No dance ability or experience is needed. Short choreography will be taught and the workshop will end with circle setting integration and discussion. Feel empowered and confident. Connect with others and feel the magic of support as together we express out confident, radiant selves.
