As we begin to feel more grounded, we can venture out into our creativity and passion. Tis the season to express yourself authentically and we are here to support each other in this. Join us as we get out if the head and into the body, connecting with ourselves while in community. Movement is Movement Medicine, allowing the playful and fierce Feminine to rise and find freedom in the body. This is a dance-yoga fusion workshop. Tap back into your sovereignty with moody and exciting music, dance, oracle, oils, breath work, and long juicy savasanas. We gather in circle to make new connections with others and ourselves.
