Allow yourself and a loved one to be submerged into a soundscape of healing vibrations transmitted through crystal quartz singing bowls, binaural synthesized frequencies, and indigenous percussion instruments, all played with the intention to heal and uplift one's mind, body, and soul. We recommend you wear your most comfortable clothing and bring blankets, pillows, and anything else that will help you feel cozy. Experience will start with a 15 min guided meditation led by Chente comprised of light movement along Pranayama breath work.
